Zone Chairs: How to Send an Email to All Zone Members:
1. Log in to your account at https://usawp.sport80.com. Click on your Zone Admin account (not personal account)
2. In the Left-hand menu, click “Members” tab, then select “Smart List.” This will bring up a list of members, which can be filtered for your zone. Click on the cloud icon, which will open "Load View".
3. If you have not already created a Zone-specific Member Smart List, select Create New. If you have already created a Zone-specific Member Smart List, select your Zone's Member Smart List (If you have already created a Zone-specific Member Smart List, skip to Step 5).
4. Once you have selected create new list, select filters and add a new filter. We are going to create filters for Members in the Current and Action Required status. Below is the template to follow when creating a new Member filter for your Zone. In the filter settings, be sure to select your corresponding zone.
5. Be sure to save your list by selecting the save icon, as directed below with the blue vertically pointing arrow. To send an email to your filtered zone, select "Actions" as directed with the red horizontally pointing arrow. Following selecting actions, select "Send Email," and you will be able to send an email to all of the Members in your Zone.
6. This will open a new window. Follow the prompts to enter a subject line, then enter your text into the body of the email. When you are ready, click “Send” to send your email to the contact list.
