How to Change or Upgrade Your Membership Type

*Please note that any membership upgrades will take over the current membership's duration

Additionally, if your account is in "Action Required" you will not be able to upgrade or change your membership type. Please contact [e-mail] with any questions.

(For example from a “Current” Splashball/Trial/Bronze to Bronze/Silver/Gold)

1. Login to your membership account using your email address at https://usawp.sport80.com/. Please select 'View' on the preferred profile.

2. Please click on the “memberships” tab, then click on the 3 dots to access your available membership options.

Please note you may have to scroll within the Individual Membership tab to access the Actions button.

3. This will open a small page with the details of your membership. Click on “Change Membership

Type”

4. You will then click on the dropdown arrow to access several types of memberships. Feel free to choose whichever fits your needs and pay the difference in price. For example, Bronze $65 to Silver $110 would be $45 plus an $8 upgrade charge (Please note: All listed prices are subject to credit card processing fees. A non-refundable processing fee of 3.4% + $0.30 per transaction will be applied at checkout). Then click “add & checkout”. 
 

5. This will automatically send you to the checkout screen of your cart, where you fill in your billing address and card information. Once your purchase has been completed, your upgrade will be in effect

1. When upgrading your membership, you will need to first log in to the member’s profile. Once you are logged in, please click ‘View’ on the preferred profile.

2. Once in the preferred account, please navigate to the “Memberships” tab. On Mobile, please select the ‘Profile’ dropdown to access other tabs.

 

3. Within the Membership tab, scroll until the ‘Actions’ button is within view. Once within view, please select the ‘Actions’ button. After selecting the ‘Actions Button’ a menu will appear, please select ‘Change Membership Type’.

4. Please then click on the dropdown arrow to access several types of memberships. Feel free to choose whichever fits your needs and pay the difference in price. For example, Bronze $65 to Silver $110 would be $45, plus the $8 change fee as well as any additional fees associated with the purchase. Then click “add & checkout”

5. This will automatically send you to the checkout screen of your cart, where you fill in your billing address and card information.
