1. Login to your account at https://usawp.sport80.com/ and make sure you are viewing your club admin profile.
2. Click on “Tournaments” or “Leagues” on the left hand menu and then click “Enter” next to the event you’d like to register or enter your roster for. This will be the same process to enter your roster regardless of whether the event is collecting payment through Sport80 or offline.
3. This will open a new window with the Event Overview, Registration, and Rostering Information. Within the Registration, you can enter a previously created team or create a new team. To create a new team, select actions then ‘Enter a New Team’.
4. When entering a team, select the “+ Enter” button to enter a team for an event. A new window will open, Select the division you wish to enter your team into. If this is a paid registration, the prices would be listed next to each age group, and you’d have the option to check out at this point or select “Done & Add Another” to add additional teams to your cart. In this case, we are only entering one team, so we will select our division and click “Done”. Done is at the bottom of this page.
5. You will now see the status of the Team Registration step as ‘Complete.’ If you did not enter a division or have not yet paid for an event that requires payment, this will show as ‘Incomplete.’ If you click on “Incomplete’ the system will either prompt you to enter the team into a division or to complete payment. If you want to add additional teams at this step, just click on “+ Add New Entry” and repeat the steps to add another team. Once your entry status says “Complete” click “Next” to begin to build your roster.
6. To add members and review your rosters, please select the Coach Roster and Team Roster. The Coach Roster is for all of your Coaches who will be on deck for the event. To be eligible to Coach, a member must have a valid CPR/First Aid certification, valid Background Screening, and Center for SafeSport Training completion. If a Coach is missing a requirement, they will be ‘Ineligible’. If a Coach meets all requirements, they will be eligible.
7. To add a Coach, and or edit the roster, select the ‘Pencil Icon’, signified by the arrow to open your team’s Coach Roster. Once in this window, select the ‘Actions’ button, then ‘Add New Team Member’ to add new members to the Coach roster.
8. After selecting ‘Add New Team Member’, you can add all affiliated members to the Coach Roster for the event. Within this window, you can quickly add members available or search by Name or Membership ID. Once you have selected your preferred member, you will then be able to add their role (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Alternate Coach 1, Alternate Coach 2, Alternate Coach 3, or unset). If it is unset, a role must be added before downloading the ID Card Report and Score Sheet.
9. After adding the Coach, you will be able to see the Coach’s position, and status. If a coach is ineligible. A brief description will be available, but if you search your club’s members within the Members tab you can view the necessary requirements to be eligible.
10. Once, all of your Coaches have been added, please select the Team Roster Tab. To access your team’s roster, select the pencil icon signified by the arrow. Once selected, your team’s roster will open. In this window, similarly click the ‘Actions’ button and the ‘Add New Team Member’ to add athletes to the roster.
11. After selecting the ‘Add New Team Member’, all available athletes will appear. To add an athlete select ‘+ Add’ button next to their eligibility. Alternatively, athletes can be searched by Name or Membership ID within the search bar. To add athletes who are affiliated with other clubs, please use the How to Add a Non-Club Affiliated Member to your Roster guide to assist with rostering these athletes.
Once you have selected ‘+Add’ to an athlete, you will be prompted to add a Cap Number to the athlete. Prior to downloading the Score Sheet or ID Card Report, all athletes must have a Cap Number.
12. At least 7 athletes must be on a roster prior to downloading and printing the ID Card Report and Score Sheet. Once all athletes and coaches have been added to the roster, and they are eligible, you will be able to download the ID Card Report and Score Cards for your team.
The ID Card Report is used by Referees to verify the athlete matches with the profile photo used on the database.
The Score Sheet is used by the scorekeepers and table to track in-game statistics and score.
